What I Learned From this Project

Taking ownership of this project showed me the importance of timeline management in keeping momentum and reducing decision delays. I learned that aligning the team around clear goals early not only improves collaboration but also significantly increases efficiency.

Most importantly, I realized that breaking down vague requirements based on business objectives is key to driving tangible, outcome-focused design—rather than falling into the trap of surface-level execution.
